It is definitely hard to let go of something you love doing…as I am sure you know. I am glad you were able to realize there is more to life. Through the adversity you faced, you were able to become stronger and a better person. I know I was.

Peyton has definitely changed my life…it’s amazing how much differently I see life now compared to before she was born. She was definitely a blessing!

Hey! I clicked over here from a comment you left on one of my sites - Lead Inspectors - and I really enjoyed reading several posts, as well as your About page. Man, I can totally relate too! I was on a similar path with football and ended my career in a cast for a year (major compound fracture in my left leg). It changed my life, and as your blog title suggests, it took a while to “grow into” the new me. Attitude is everything, though, and it helped me achieve things greater than I ever imagined before.
