I always believe that best way to start a business is to clearly write down the goals and then come up with tactics to succeed. You are a perfect fit for personal training/coach work considering your passion and your approach to this is genuine. You may be better positioned to discuss mind connection with our eating and health habits and how we can improve our health along with thoughts to improve both physically and financially.
